Venkat Vedam is a seasoned technology leader, bringing over two decades of experience to the
forefront of AI in investment management. His career encompasses a broad spectrum of roles, from
hands-on software development to leading large-scale data science projects and fostering innovation
within organizations. Venkat's current focus includes delivering AI solutions that enhance investment
strategies and streamline operational processes. His approach involves a blend of deep technical
knowledge, strategic leadership, and a commitment to exploring the myriad ways technology can drive
efficiency and innovation in the financial sector. His role is not just about leading teams but also about
creating a culture of continuous innovation and technological exploration.
 
Venkat has previously spoken at The Summit for Asset Management (TSAM) four times, most recently at
TSAM Boston in 2023, and participated in Gen AI panels at various industry events including Chartered
Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA) and IQPC Tech Stack exchange. He also contributes as
a member of the Fintech Advisory Board of the Center for Financial Professionals and is part of the MIT
Technology Review Global Insights Panel.
